While we take every precaution to handle your garments with care, it’s essential to acknowledge that all laundering processes, regardless of how gentle, can cause normal wear and tear on clothing. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any of the following:

1. Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including loss of buttons, fading, fatiguing, holes, or abrasions, is an inherent part of the laundering process.
2. Colour Loss and Bleeding: We cannot guarantee against colour loss or bleeding during laundering or dry cleaning.
3. Shrinkage: Some fabrics may shrink slightly due to the cleaning process.
4. Weak and Tender Fabrics: Delicate fabrics are susceptible to damage. We exercise utmost care, but we cannot guarantee against harm to weak or tender materials.
5. Zippers, Buttons, and Decorative Parts: While we handle garments carefully, we cannot be held responsible for zippers, buttons, snaps, or any hanging or decorative parts of a garment.
6. Lost or Misplaced Items: Although we follow industry standards and policies, there may be instances where items get misplaced or lost. If you notice any differences in count, please report them within 24 hours of delivery.
7. Liability Limits: Our liability for damaged items shall not exceed £30 per garment, regardless of brand or condition. The total loss liability per order shall not exceed £300.00.
8. Payment and Service Terms: Payment for services is non-transferable and non-refundable. Additional charges apply if you’re not home during scheduled pick-up or delivery.
